Ingredients
- 0.5 ozClassic Gum Syrup
- 1.5 ozlight rum
- 0.75 ozlime juice
- 2 ozchampagne
Garnish: lime wheel
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients except bubbles to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- 2.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
- 3.
Top with sparkling wine
