Ingredients
- ½ ozJapanese Yuzu Syrup
- 1½ ozwhite rum
- ½ ozapricot liqueur
- 1 ozpineapple juice
- ½ ozlime juice
Garnish: lime zest
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- 2.
Shake for 10-15 seconds or until chilled.
- 3.
Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with freshly grated lime zest.
