Ingredients
- ½bartlett pearcubed (cubed)
- 2 ozblanco tequilaSiembra Azul (Siembra Azul)
- ¼ ozpear liqueurMathilde (Mathilde)
- ½ ozlemon juice
- ½ oz
Garnish: bartlett pear slice
Preparation
- 1.
In a shaker, muddle the pear.
- 2.
Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice.
- 3.
Double strain into a coupe.
- 4.
Garnish with a pear slice.
