Smuggler’s Cove Straits Sling

Ingredients
- 1½ ozPlymouth gin
- ½ ozcherry liqueurHeering (Heering)
- ¼ ozBenedictine
- ¾ ozlemon juicefreshly squeezed (freshly squeezed)
- ½ oz
- 1 dasharomatic bittersAngostura (Angostura)
- 1 dashorange bitters
- 2 ozclub sodachilled (chilled)
Garnish: lemon slice
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients except club soda to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
- 3.
Top with the club soda.
- 4.
Garnish with a lemon slice.
