Ingredients
- 1.5 ozPlymouth gin
- 0.5 ozHeering cherry liqueur
- 0.25 ozBenedictine
- 0.75 ozlemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 0.5 ozdemerara syrup
- 1dash Angostura bitters
- 1dash orange bitters
- 2 ozclub soda, chilled
Garnish: lemon slice
Preparation
- 1.
Add the gin, cherry liqueur, Benedictine, lemon juice, demerara syrup, Angostura bitters and orange bitters into a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled.

Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
- 3.
Top with the club soda.
- 4.
Garnish with a lemon slice.
