Ingredients

- 0.75 ozChambord
- 0.5 ozcream
- 0.25 ozEarl Grey syrup*
Garnish: lemon peel oil
Preparation

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

Double-strain into a chilled coupe.

Express the oil from a lemon peel on top, then discard the peel.
