Ingredients
- 0.75 ozCherry Heering liqueur
- 0.5 ozcointreau
- 0.75 ozbeet puree (cooked and peeled beets, pureed)
Garnish: orange twist
Preparation

Add the scotch whisky, Cherry Heering, sweet vermouth, Cointreau and beet puree into a shaker filled with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- 2.
Double-strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.
- 3.
Garnish with an orange twist.
