scotchCaol Ila 12-year (Caol Ila 12-year)
½ oz
galliano ristretto
1 tsp
sweet vermouthCarpano Antica Formula (Carpano Antica Formula)
2 dashes
mole bittersBittermens Xocolatl (Bittermens Xocolatl)

Preparation

1.
Stir all ingredients over ice.
2.
Strain into a martini glass.

Notes

Bartender's notes I'd not seen a variation on the Rob Roy with coffee liqueur. It's a simple idea, but it completely changes the drink.
