Reverse Martini

Ingredients
- 2 ozdry vermouthsuch as Noilly Prat Original Dry(such as Noilly Prat Original Dry)
- 1 ozgin
Garnish: olive or lemon twist
Preparation
- 1.
Combine both ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.
- 2.
Stir smoothly, circulating the spoon along the side of the mixing glass, for 30–45 seconds, or until well chilled.
- 3.
Strain into chilled Nick & Nora, coupe, or Martini glass.
- 4.
Garnish with an olive or lemon twist.
