Red Snapper

Ingredients
- 2 ozgin
- 4 oztomato juice
- ½ ozlemon juice
- 6 dasheshot sauceTobasco(Tobasco)
- 4 dashesWorcestershire sauce
- 2 pinchesblack pepperfor rim, freshly ground(for rim, freshly ground)
- 2 pinchescelery saltfor rim(for rim)
- 1lime wedgefor rim(for rim)
Garnish: celery stalk, lime wedge
Preparation
- 1.
Combine the pepper and celery salt on a small plate.
- 2.
Rub the juicy side of the lime wedge along the lip of a pint glass, then rim the glass with the salt and pepper mixture.
- 3.
Fill the prepared glass with ice.
- 4.
Combine the other ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
- 5.
Strain into the prepared glass and garnish.
