Ingredients
- 1½ ozginor scale back to 1 ounce(or scale back to 1 ounce)
- ½ ozChambordor pomegranate grenadine(or pomegranate grenadine)
- ½ ozlemon juice
- 1 ozpasteurized egg whitesor ½ ounce half-and-half(or ½ ounce half-and-half)
Garnish: mint leaf
Preparation
- 1.
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- 2.
Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, until the ingredients are cold and the mix is frothy with a pink blush.
- 3.
Strain into a martini or coupe glass, making sure there is a thin layer of foam and a few small ice chips floating on top.
- 4.
Garnish with a mint leaf.
