Ingredients
- 1¼ ozreposado mezcal
- ¾ ozreposado tequila
- ½ ozCynar
- ½ ozcrème de cassis
- 10 dropschocolate mole bitterssee notes (see notes)
Garnish: 3 brandied cherries
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
- 2.
Stir until chilled.
- 3.
Strain into a glass and garnish – 3 cherries on a cocktail pick.
Notes
On the bitters
The original recipe specifies ½ pipette, but since most people don't have these laying around, I converted this to dashes/drops for a standard dasher-top bottle. Adjust to taste, as pipette and dasher-top pours vary.
