Ingredients
- 2 ozIrish whiskeyRedbreast 12-year-old(Redbreast 12-year-old)
- ¾ ozCamparicocoa nib-infused; see notes(cocoa nib-infused; see notes)
- ½ ozwhite crème de cacaoMarie Brizard(Marie Brizard)
- ½ ozbanana liqueurGiffard Banane du Brésil(Giffard Banane du Brésil)
- 2 dashesabsinthe
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
Notes
Cocoa nib-infused Campari: Add 3 tbsp cocoa nibs to 1 liter of Campari and infuse for one hour. Strain out and discard the solids.
