Pisco Sour

Ingredients
- 2 ozpisco
- 1 ozlime juice
- ½ oz
- 1egg white
Garnish: Angostura bitters
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) vigorously.
- 2.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- 3.
Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
- 4.
Garnish with 3 to 5 drops of Angostura bitters.
- 5.
Optionally, use a straw or toothpick to swirl the bitters into a simple design.
Notes
The pisco sour dates to the early 20th century, and is believed to have originated in a bar in Lima, Peru.
