Ingredients
- 1½ ozLondon dry gin
- ½ ozapple brandyLaird's Applejack(Laird's Applejack)
- ¾ ozlemon juice
- ¼ oz
- 1egg white
Garnish: brandied cherry
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice).
- 2.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- 3.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4.
Garnish with a brandied cherry.
