Ingredients: 1 piece strawberry; 2 piece cucumber wheels; 1.75 oz tanqueray london dry gin; 0.5 oz Carpano Antica Formula vermouth; 0.5 oz Bonal Gentiane-Quina; 0.75 oz grapefruit juice; 0.25 oz orgeat; 0.75 oz ginger syrup; 1 dash house orange bitters; 1 dash angostura bitters; club soda

Ingredients

1 piecestrawberry
2 piececucumber wheels
1.75 oztanqueray london dry gin
0.5 ozCarpano Antica Formula vermouth
0.5 ozBonal Gentiane-Quina
0.75 ozgrapefruit juice
0.25 ozorgeat
0.75 ozginger syrup
1 dashhouse orange bitters
1 dashangostura bitters
club soda

Garnish: 1 cucumber ribbon and 1 mint sprig, with bitters dashed on the mint

Preparation

1.
In a shaker, muddle the strawberry and cucumber wheels.
2.
Add the remaining ingredients (except the club soda) and short shake with ice cubes.
3.
Top with club soda.
4.
Garnish with the cucumber ribbon and mint sprig, then dash the bitters on the mint.
5.
Serve with a straw.
