Ingredients: 3 piece small ripe anjou pear slices; 1 oz pennyroyal-infused hayman's old tom gin; 1 oz tanqueray no. ten gin; 0.75 oz lemon juice; 0.25 oz orgeat; 0.25 oz cinnamon bark syrup; 0.25 oz acacia honey syrup

Ingredients

0.75 ozlemon juice
0.25 ozorgeat
0.25 ozcinnamon bark syrup
0.25 ozacacia honey syrup

Garnish: 1 lemon wheel

Preparation

1.
In a shaker, muddle the pear slices.
2.
Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice, then strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
3.
Garnish with the lemon wheel.
