Ingredients
- 1 ozCampari
- 1 ozsweet vermouth
- 1 ozproseccoor other sparkling wine(or other sparkling wine)
Garnish: orange peel
Preparation
- 1.
Add the Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until well chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, or (optionally) serve up in a Champagne flute.
- 3.
Top with prosecco and garnish with an orange peel.
Notes
Allegedly created when the bartender mistakenly grabbed a bottle of prosecco instead of gin.
