Mezcal Paloma

Ingredients
- 2 ozmezcal
- ½ ozlime juicefreshly squeezed(freshly squeezed)
- 4 ozgrapefruit sodasuch as Squirt or Jarritos(such as Squirt or Jarritos)
- Tajínfor rim(for rim)
- saltfor rim(for rim)
Garnish: lime wedge
Preparation
- 1.
Rub a lime wedge around the edge of a highball glass, then dip the rim in salt and Tajín.
- 2.
Add the tequila and lime juice to the glass, and fill with ice.
- 3.
Top with grapefruit soda and stir briefly and gently to combine.
- 4.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
Notes
Squirt will provide a tarter drink; Jarritos a sweeter one.
