Ingredients
- 0.75 ozpickling brine
- 0.5 ozsimple syrup
- 6 dashhabanero bitters
- 2 ozMexican lager, like Modelo Especial
Garnish: orange twist
Preparation
- 1.
Combine all ingredients except lager and garnish into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- 2.
Shake for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
- 3.
Add lager to shaker, then strain the entire drink into a footed pilsner glass over fresh ice.
- 4.
Garnish with an orange twist.
