Mexican Martini

• 2 oztequila
• 1.5 ozcointreau
• 1.5 ozlime juice, freshly squeezed
• 0.5 ozgreen olive brine, from the jar

Preparation

1. 1.

   Rub the rim of a Martini glass with a lime wedge, dip the rim in salt to coat, and set aside (optional).

2. 2.

   Add the tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and olive brine to an ice-filled shaker and shake until well chilled.

3. 3.

   Strain into a chilled Martini glass.

4. 4.

   Garnish with olives and a lime wedge.
