Lychee Rosé

• 1.5 ozreposado tequila, like Tequila Komos Reposado Rosa
• 0.75 ozsalted lychee cordial (recipe below)
• 0.5 ozmanzanilla sherry
• 0.5 ozelderflower liqueur, like St-Germain
• 0.5 ozlime juice, freshly squeezed

Preparation

   Add the tequila, salted lychee cordial, manzanilla sherry, elderflower liqueur, and lime juice into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.

   Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
