Salted Lychee Cordial

Ingredients

  • 3¾ cups
    lychee puréepreferably Perfect Purée
  • 5 oz
    Giffard Lychi-Li
  • 1 tbsp
    Maldon salt
  • ¼ tsp
    citric acid

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on medium-high for 5 minutes (this helps with the texture).

  2. 2.

    Bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.
