Salted Lychee Cordial
Ingredients
- 3¾ cupslychee puréepreferably Perfect Purée(preferably Perfect Purée)
- 5 ozGiffard Lychi-Li
- 1 tbspMaldon salt
- ¼ tspcitric acid
Instructions
- 1.
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on medium-high for 5 minutes (this helps with the texture).
- 2.
Bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.
