Ingredients
- 1½ ozreposado tequila
- ½ ozorange liqueurCointreau (Cointreau)
- ½ ozSt. Germain
- ½ ozblood orange juice
- ½ ozlime juice
- 2 dashesorange bitters
- rosé champagnechilled, approx. 3 ounces (chilled, approx. 3 ounces)
Garnish: blood orange wheel
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients except champagne to a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a wine glass filled with fresh ice.
- 3.
Top with the rosé Champagne.
- 4.
Garnish with a blood orange wheel.
