Ingredients
- 1¼ ozIrish whiskeyBushmills(Bushmills)
- 1 ozsweet vermouth
- ⅓ ozsimple syrup
- 1 tspallspice liqueur
- 1whole egg
Garnish: grated nutmeg
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a shaker and vigorously dry shake (without ice).
- 2.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- 3.
Double-strain into a coffee mug or rocks glass.
- 4.
Garnish with grated nutmeg.
Notes
Don’t use an expensive whiskey in this drink; its flavors will be muted by the allspice and egg.
