Emerald

• 2 ozIrish whiskey
• 1 ozsweet vermouth(preferably Italian)
• 1 dashorange bitters

Preparation

   Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until cold.

   Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

   Garnish with an orange peel.
