Ingredients
- 2 ozbourbon or rye whiskey
- ¾ ozsweet vermouth
- ¼ ozFernet-Branca
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.
- 2.
Stir smoothly for 15–20 seconds, or until well chilled.
- 3.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Notes
Prefer bourbon if you want to subdue the Fernet-Branca a bit. Rye will result in a drier drink.
