Ingredients
- ¾ ozginPerry’s Tot navy-strength (Perry’s Tot navy-strength)
- ¾ ozsloe ginPlymouth (Plymouth)
- ½ ozAperol
- ½ ozdry curaçaoPierre Ferrand (Pierre Ferrand)
- 2 dashesaromatic bittersAngostura (Angostura)
Preparation
- 1.
Stir all the ingredients over ice.
- 2.
Strain into a double rocks glass over a large ice cube.

Some drinks are just happy accidents. One night I saw several bottles sitting next to each other behind the bar, and I thought, Why not? I started playing around with them in Negroni proportions, and it worked.
