Ingredients
- 1½ ozwhite rum
- ¾ ozdry vermouth
- ¼ ozorange curaçao
- 2 dashesgrenadine
Preparation

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

This drink originated in Cuba in the early 20th century and was likely named for Cuban President Mario García Menocal. This version of the recipe is by Simon Ford.
