Ingredients
- 1 ozJamaican rum
- ½ ozcoffee-infused Camparisee notes (see notes)
- ¼ ozcoffee liqueurMr. Black (Mr. Black)
- 1 ozpineapple juice
- ½ ozlemon juice
- ¼ ozsimple syrupor 1/3 oz (or 1/3 oz)
Garnish: pineapple frond, coffee beans
Preparation
- 1.
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake.
- 2.
Double-strain into an old-fashioned glass over a large, clear ice cube.
- 3.
Add garnish.
Notes
Coffee-infused Campari
Add roughly 1 tsp whole coffee beans to 4oz of Campari. Let infuse overnight. Strain out coffee beans before using.
