Ingredients
- peated ScotchLaphroaig 10-year, to rinse (Laphroaig 10-year, to rinse)
- 2 ozIrish whiskeyRedbreast 12-year (Redbreast 12-year)
- ½ ozelderflower liqueurSt-Germain (St-Germain)
- 1 dashorange bitterssee notes (see notes)
- lemon twist
Preparation
- 1.
Rinse a double rocks glass with peated Scotch and dump.
- 2.
Stir the remaining ingredients over ice, then strain into the prepared glass.
- 3.
Squeeze a lemon twist over the drink and discard.
Notes
Orange bitters
Death & Co. uses a house orange bitters that is equal parts Fee Brothers West Indian orange bitters, Regans' orange bitters, and Angostura orange bitters.
