Ingredients
- 6 slicesjalapeno pepperadjust to taste(adjust to taste)
- ½ ozagave nectar
- 2 ozblended whiskeysuch as Firestone & Robertson TX(such as Firestone & Robertson TX)
- 1½ ozgrapefruit juice
- ½ ozlime juice
Garnish: rosemary sprig
Preparation
- 1.
Add the jalapeño slices and agave nectar into a shaker and muddle.
- 2.
Add the whiskey, juices, and ice and shake until well chilled.
- 3.
Strain into a highball glass over crushed ice.
- 4.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig, torched if desired.
