Ingredients
- 1½ ozIrish whiskeyKnappogue Castle 12-year (Knappogue Castle 12-year)
- 1½ ozapple juiceFuji (Fuji)
- ¾ ozlemon juice
- ½ oz
Garnish: basil sprig
Preparation
- 1.
Short shake all ingredients with 3 ice cubes.
- 2.
Strain into a pilsner glass full of crushed ice.
- 3.
Garnish with a sprig of basil and serve with a straw.
