- 1 dashabsintheVieux Pontarlier (Vieux Pontarlier)
- ½ ozGranny Smith apple juice
- ¼ oz
- ½ tspacid phosphate
- 1 dash
Garnish: Granny Smith apple slice
Preparation
- 1.
Stir all the ingredients over ice.
- 2.
Strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
- 3.
Garnish with a Granny Smith apple slice.

Bartender's notes
The rum was released to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Bacardi and made according to the distillery’s original recipe. The drink takes on a cloudy, off-green color.
