- 1 ozscotchGlenmorangie 10-year (Glenmorangie 10-year)
- 1 ozByrrh Grand Quinquinaor sweet vermouth (or sweet vermouth)
- 1 ozdry vermouthNoilly Prat (Noilly Prat)
Garnish: cherry, lemon twist
Preparation

Stir all of the ingredients with ice to chill.
- 2.
Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
Notes
This recipe from Bramble in Edinburgh, Scotland, is an adaptation of a classic. Bramble ages its mixture in 50-liter oloroso sherry barrels for 3-9 months, so unless you can get to Scotland to try it, you'll have to "settle" for this un-aged version.
