- 1¼ ozpeated ScotchBowmore 12-year-old (Bowmore 12-year-old)
- ¾ ozportTaylor Fladgate LBV (Taylor Fladgate LBV)
- ½ ozamaroAmaro Nonino (Amaro Nonino)
- 1 barspoonmaraschino liqueurLuxardo (Luxardo)
- 2 dashesaromatic bittersAngostura; go heavy (Angostura; go heavy)
Garnish: lemon
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 3.
Express the oils from the lemon twist over the drink, then discard the twist.
