Ingredients
- 1 barspoonyellow chartreuse
- 0.25 ozagave caramel (recipe below)
- 0.75 ozvin jaune
- 2 ozreposado tequila
Garnish: honeycomb (optional)
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients except garnish into a mixing glass filled with ice.
- 2.
Stir for 15–20 seconds until well chilled.
- 3.
Strain into a rocks glass over a fresh, extra-large ice cube.
- 4.
Express a lemon twist over the drink then discard.
- 5.
Garnish with honeycomb, if desired.
