Spiced Tequila Old Fashioned

Ingredients
- 1demerara sugar cube
- 1 splashclub sodaabout 1½ teaspoons(about 1½ teaspoons)
- 1½ ozreposado tequilaCazadores(Cazadores)
- ¼ ozallspice dram
- 4 dashesorange bitters
- lemon twist
Garnish: lemon twist
Preparation
- 1.
Muddle the sugar and club soda in a mixing glass until you have a paste.
- 2.
Add the remaining ingredients with ice, and stir until well chilled.
- 3.
Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- 4.
Express the oil of a lemon twist over the drink, then garnish with the twist.
