Ingredients

  • 1½ oz
    Jamaican rumdark preferred (dark preferred)
  • 1 tsp
    fernet
  • 1 tsp
    coffee concentrate
  • 1 oz
    pineapple juice
  • ½ oz
    grapefruit juice
  • ⅔ oz
    cinnamon syrup
  •  
    tonic waterto top (to top)
Garnish: grated cinnamon, pineapple frond

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Combine all ingredients (except tonic water) in a shaker with a small amount of crushed ice.

  2. 2.

    Whip shake, then open pour (ice and all) into a glass over ice.

  3. 3.

    Top with a splash (¼ to ½ oz) of tonic water and garnish.
