- 0.75 ozClassic Gum Syrup
- 2 ozpisco
- 1 ozlime juice
- egg white
Garnish: bitters
Preparation

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- 3.
Strain into a chilled coupe
