Ingredients

  • 1½ oz
    reposado tequilasuch as Tequila Altos Reposado
  • ½ oz
    viche
  • ½ oz
    vanilla liqueur
  • 1 oz
    lulo puree
  • ½ oz
    lemon juice
  • ½ oz
    orange juice
Garnish: orange wheel

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

  2. 2.

    Shake for 15–20 seconds, or until well chilled.

  3. 3.

    Strain into a rocks glass over ice.

  4. 4.

    Garnish with an orange wheel.

Viche is a traditional home-brewed spirit made from sugar cane, from Colombia's Pacific coast.
