• 0.5 ozviche
• 1 ozlulo puree
• 0.5 ozlemon juice

Preparation

1. 1.

   Combine all ingredients except garnish in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

2. 2.

   Shake for 15–20 seconds until well chilled.

3. 3.

   Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

4. 4.

   Garnish with an orange wheel.
