0.75 ozToasted Coconut Syrup
1.5 ozaged rum (Pusser's Gunpowder recommended)
1.5 ozpineapple juice
0.5 ozorange juice

Garnish: grated nutmeg and citrus

Preparation

1.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2.
Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
3.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice

Notes

One of those island drinks that gets better when you spring for a more aggressively flavored rum. Tastes like brunch at a resort to us!
