Ingredients
- 1¾ ozbourbon
- ¾ ozamarosuch as Averna or Ramazzotti(such as Averna or Ramazzotti)
- ¼ ozStrega
- 2 dashesPeychaud’s bitters
Garnish: orange peel
Preparation
- 1.
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice for 10–15 seconds, or until well chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- 3.
Garnish with an orange peel.
