Night Tripper

• 1.75 ozbourbon
• 0.75 ozdark amaro, like Averna or Ramazzotti
• 0.25 ozStrega
• 2 dashPeychaud’s bitters

Preparation

1. 1.

   Stir all ingredients except garnish in a mixing glass with ice for 10–15 seconds, until well chilled.

2. 2.

   Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

3. 3.

   Garnish with an orange peel.
