Name: Millionaire Cocktail
Ingredients: 0.5 oz Real Grenadine; 2 oz bourbon; 0.75 oz orange liqueur; 0.5 oz lemon juice; 0.25 oz pastis or absinthe; 0.5 oz egg white

0.5 ozReal Grenadine
2 ozbourbon
0.75 ozorange liqueur
0.5 ozlemon juice
0.25 ozpastis or absinthe
0.5 ozegg white

Garnish: none

Preparation

1.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 20 seconds
2.
Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
3.
Strain into chilled coupe glass

Notes

The Millionaire Cocktail hails from the prohibition era. There are numerous variations of this cocktail, but we love this version with bourbon and lemon juice.
