Ingredients
- 1.5 oztequila
- 1 ozlemon juice
- 0.5 ozrich simple syrup
- 2 ozbrut rosé sparkling wine
Garnish: lemon twist
Preparation

Add the tequila, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- 2.
Add the sparkling wine.
- 3.
Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
- 4.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
