Ingredients
- 1 ozJamaican rumSmith & Cross preferred(Smith & Cross preferred)
- 1 ozCampari
- 1 ozsweet vermouthCarpano Antica Formula preferred(Carpano Antica Formula preferred)
Garnish: orange peel
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
- 3.
Garnish with a long, trimmed strip of orange peel.
