Ingredients

  • ¾ oz
    Irish whiskey
  • ½ oz
    Baileys irish cream
  • 1 scoop
    coffee ice cream
  • 1½ oz
    cold-brew coffeesee notes
Garnish: whipped cream and chocolate shavings

Preparation

    Add all ingredients to an Irish Coffee mug.

  2. 2.

    Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Notes

Cold-brew coffee: Use your favorite bottled cold-brew or make your own: soak 140 grams of coarse ground coffee beans with 32 oz water for 12 hours. Then, strain through a coffee filter into a clean jar and discard the grounds. Keeps in the refrigerator for a few days.
