Ingredients

  • 2 oz
    light rum
  • 2 oz
    dark rum
  • 1 oz
    lime juice
  • 1 oz
    orange juice
  • ½ oz
    passion fruit puree
  • ½ oz
    simple syrup
  • 1 tsp
    grenadine
Garnish: preserved cherry and orange wheel

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.

  2. 2.

    Strain into a large Hurricane glass over fresh ice.

  3. 3.

    Garnish with an orange half-wheel and a preserved cherry.
