Ingredients
- 1½ ozrumBarbancourt 8(Barbancourt 8)
- ¾ ozmezcal espadín
- ½ ozPedro Ximenez sherryLustau preferred(Lustau preferred)
- 2 dashesaromatic bittersAngostura(Angostura)
Garnish: orange and lime twist
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
- 3.
Express the oils from an orange and lime twist over the drink, then drop both into the glass.
