Ingredients
- 2 ozpumpkin alesuch as Southampton(such as Southampton)
- 1 ozLaird’s bonded apple brandy
- 1 ozrye whiskeyRittenhouse(Rittenhouse)
- ½ ozgrade B maple syrup
- 1whole egg
Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) vigorously.
- 2.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled
- 3.
Strain into a chilled Fizz glass.
- 4.
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
