Ingredients

  • 2 oz
    pumpkin alesuch as Southampton
  • 1 oz
    Laird’s bonded apple brandy
  • 1 oz
    rye whiskeyRittenhouse
  • ½ oz
    grade B maple syrup
  • 1
    whole egg
Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) vigorously.

  2. 2.

    Add ice and shake again until well chilled

  3. 3.

    Strain into a chilled Fizz glass.

  4. 4.

    Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
