Notes

This classic, colorful cocktail is named for the Italian general and revolutionary Giuseppe Garibaldi, whose followers wore red shirts. The trick to this deceptively simple drink is to juice an orange right before serving. An electric juicer gives the desired frothy, "fluffy" consistency, but if you don't have one of those, you can aerate your OJ in a blender (sans ice) or with a milk frother.
